Custom CC Editor Hilfe
==============

mchten, whlen Sie diesen aus dem Men "Action / Get CC Set from HX3.5" oder

jeweiligen Endwert begrenzt.

 Scale to min/max:Ist ein kleinerer Wertebereich eingestellt, z.

Ignore out of range:Werte auerhalb des eingestellten Bereichs bleiben
unbeachtet.

Menpunkt Action / Send CC Set to HX3.5 in das Gert bertragen. Dafr stehen

Custom CC Editor Help
==============

Editing CC Sets To set up a MIDI CC Set to suit your own needs, or to modify an
existing CC Set, start the HX3.5 Custom CC Set Editor by clicking the MIDI CC
Editor button under the Advanced tab.

When the CC Set Editor is started, the file "HX35_CustomCCfunction.csv" is
loaded as a template. If you want to modify another existing CC Set, select it
from the "Action / Get CC Set from HX3.5" menu or load it from file (see below).
Of the existing CC Sets, those that do not use proprietary MIDI commands are
available for selection:

Set 0: NI B4 d3c - not editable
Set 1: Hammond XK - not editable
Set 2: Hammond SK - not editable
Set 3: Versatile - not editable
Set 4: Nord C1/C2 - editable, file ccset4.csv (text) or ccset4.dat (binary)
Set 5: VoceDrawbar - editable, file ccset5.csv (text) or ccset5.dat (binary)
Set 6: KeyB/Duo - editable, file ccset6.csv (text) or ccset6.dat (binary)
Set 7: Hamichord - editable, file ccset7.csv (text) or ccset7.dat (binary)
Set 8: KBP/Touchp - editable, file ccset8.csv (text) or ccset8.dat (binary)
Set 9: Custom 1 - editable, file ccset9.csv (text) or ccset9.dat (binary)
Set 10:Custom 2 - editable, file ccset10.csv (text) or ccset10.dat (binary)

The HX3.5 Function column in the Editor contains all functions that can be
controlled via MIDI. Set the MIDI channel under Channel and the CC numbers under
CC according to the MIDI implementation table of your keyboard.

Alternatively, you can use the learning function of the Editor: Press the
control element that you want to assign. The last received MIDI message will
then be displayed in green letters above the table. To check whether this MIDI
message is already assigned, click the Find in Table button. To assign an HX3.5
function, select the appropriate row and click the Learn button.

If a CC number is assigned twice, a warning message will appear. For some
functions, however, it may be useful to use the same CC number more than once,
for example, for a chorus/vibrato rotary switch. Here, the function is then
determined more precisely based on the received data value. This setting option
can be found under "Special Range Functions" at the bottom of the table.

The default value range is from 0 to 127 for drawbars and potentiometers, but
also for switches (0 = Off, 127 = On). For some functions, the value range is
smaller, which you can set in the min. and max. columns.

In the column Value Mode you choose how received MIDI data is interpreted:

Limit to min/max: Values below or above the range are limited to the
respective end value.

Scale to min/max: If a smaller value range is set, e.g. 0 to 5, the received
values 0 to 127 are scaled to the set range.

Ignore out of range: Values outside the set range are ignored.

Invert value: Received values are inverted, i.e. 0 becomes 127, 127 becomes 0.

Toggle value: The function is switched on and off alternately each time the
control element is operated.

Press the Try Out button to transfer all settings to the HX3.5 device for
testing. These are stored in RAM, but not yet permanently saved.

When all settings have been made as desired, you can give the new CC Set a name
in the CC Set Name edit box and transfer it to the device with the menu item
Action / Send CC Set to HX3.5. There are two memory locations available for this
purpose under "Custom 1" and "Custom 2", so that you can store two separate CC
Sets in the unit. The assigned name will then be displayed on the menu panel in
the "MIDI Setup" submenu.

In the File menu, you can save a CC Set from the Editor as a .csv file and load
it into the Editor from a .csv file. You can also save and load a CC Set in .dat
format. In .dat format, the CC Set can be saved on an SD card and transferred
from the SD card to the HX3.5 system.
